1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DISPATCHED?

All of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed. You can contact us if you have any questions.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Shipping is estimated to take 6-12 days to arrive after dispatched. During holidays and rush times, please estimate an extra 5 days more than usual.

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

5 days after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details and your tracking number.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Please contact us within 12 hours to make changes to your order before it is shipped. Your order cannot be changed after it has been shipped.

5. CAN I GET DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE US?
